Scope of Application<\/h2>\n\n<p>These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and deliveries made through the WooCommerce online shop of NXT Level Nails at <a href=\"https:\/\/nxtlevel-nails.at\/en\/\">https:\/\/nxtlevel-nails.at<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Consumers within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions are natural persons who enter into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.<\/p>\n\n<p>By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Conclusion of Contract<\/h2>\n\n<p>The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.<\/p>\n\n<p>By clicking the &#8220;Buy Now&#8221;, &#8220;Place Order&#8221; button or a comparable button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.<\/p>\n\n<p>The purchase contract is only concluded upon order confirmation by email or upon shipment of the goods.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prices and Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n\n<p>All prices are stated in euros and include statutory value-added tax, unless otherwise indicated.<\/p>\n\n<p>In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Payment Terms<\/h2>\n\n<p>Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.<\/p>\n\n<p>NXT Level Nails reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n\n<p>The goods remain the property of NXT Level Nails until full payment has been made.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n<p>Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.<\/p>\n\n<p>Delivery times are stated in the online shop. Information on delivery times is non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise. <\/p>\n\n<p>If an ordered product is not available, the customer will be informed immediately.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
