At NXT.LEVEL Nails, we are committed to offering only professional nail products of the highest quality.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund (if applicable) and place a new order.

Exception

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of gels, base coats, top coats, or other products that have been opened or used.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product was delivered defective or incorrectly.

How to Return

Please contact us at info@nxtlevel-nails.at, providing your order number and photos of the item (if defective).
Once your request has been approved, we will send you the return instructions.
